Charlie J. Coronado, Principal
Charlie J. Coronado is a lifelong Angelino with a knack for discovering sound business opportunities in hard to reach places, gaining him a reputation as a sharp and aggressive real estate broker. As a former principal in a real estate firm in the Los Angeles basin, Charlie has been brokering real estate transactions and loans for the past 12 years. He understands the importance of the bottom line and is able to transfer this knowledge into each aspect of the deal, from listing to closing. Charlie’s strong financial background and progressive approach to marketing made him the go-to broker in the North East basin of Los Angeles (Frogtown, Highland Park, Silver Lake, Mt. Washington, Echo Park, Atwater Village & Los Feliz). And his experience has made him an asset to past and present clientele from experienced investors to first-time buyers to those who need his knowledge to get through (or avoid) foreclosure. A graduate of UCLA, Charlie double majored in History and Sociology and was a part of many extracurricular activities such as Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity, Student Alumni Association, and the Rowing Crew. Charlie enjoys spending his evenings and weekends coaching his twin boys’ extracurricular activities like football, reading to his two year old and spending quality time with his wife and business partner Dana.
Dana Coronado is a Multifamily Director at Keller Williams Commercial Encino and a founding partner of The Coronado Real Estate Group, the team she leads alongside her husband, Charlie Coronado. The duo specializes in commercial and residential sales, primarily in Northeast Los Angeles.
A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Dana began her real estate career in 2005 as an assistant to a top female commercial broker at Marcus & Millichap. Early on, she witnessed firsthand the determination, strategy, and skills required to become an industry leader. With more than a decade of experience as a top producer and market specialist, Dana earned the prestigious CCIM designation at a time when many realtors were leaving the industry.
She consistently achieves Platinum Producer status through KW Commercial, represents a significant share of her target market, and has built a successful brand in what was once an overlooked area—now one of the most sought-after markets in Los Angeles. Her expertise in cutting-edge technology and strategic, targeted marketing sets her apart.
Dana has embraced her authenticity and femininity in a male-dominated industry, a quality she believes has helped her gain trust, stand out, and enhance her brand recognition. She firmly believes that her clients’ success is a reflection of her own and is deeply committed to providing stellar representation and exceptional customer service, always striving to create win-win scenarios for both buyers and sellers. One of the most precious gifts Dana and Charlie share is their beautiful family. Her greatest challenge—and most rewarding experience—has been navigating motherhood while balancing her thriving career. Since the birth of their son Joaquin, she has been dedicated to achieving more for herself, her family, and her clients every day.
Paul Imbro, lead Buyers Agent
Paul joined the Coronado Real Estate Group in 2017 as a cold caller. Through countless hours of prospecting, he has honed his skills and become a stellar lead generator. Originally from New York City, Paul relocated to Los Angeles in 2016 after a successful career in the television industry, where he worked as a producer on popular home design shows for HGTV and daytime talk shows such as The Rachael Ray Show. He graduated from the New York Institute of Technology in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. Always eager for a new challenge, Paul decided to shift his career focus and pursue his passion for real estate. Working closely with the Coronado team has provided Paul with the tools and knowledge necessary to assist buyers and sellers with top-notch service and a compassionate approach to their real estate experience.
Damien D. Coronado, content and Community manage
Damien Coronado is a Content & Community Manager at Coronado Real Estate Group, focused on building connections and enhancing brand presence. A UC San Diego graduate with a degree in History, he applies his storytelling and analytical skills to real estate marketing. As a second-generation real estate professional, Damien grew up immersed in the industry. He leads digital content, social media, and community outreach, ensuring clients stay informed and engaged. Committed to trust and transparency, Damien makes real estate more accessible through strategic content and community-driven initiatives.
Carlos D. Coronado, Buyer Specialist
Carlos Coronado is a dynamic and motivated real estate professional with a vision for a bright future. A proud graduate of California State University, Northridge (CSUN), Carlos earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Real Estate. Recently licensed and already making an impact, he is a valued member of the esteemed Coronado Real Estate Group team in Sherman Oaks.
Coming from a strong lineage of real estate expertise, Carlos is a proud second-generation realtor following in the footsteps of his accomplished parents. His father, Charlie J. Coronado, has been a licensed realtor for over two decades, while his mother, Dana Coronado, brings 15 years of industry experience. My name is Carlos Mauricio Lemus, and I am a proud Los Angeles native. I am a son and the oldest of three siblings, born to immigrant parents who are now naturalized citizens. Their hard work, sacrifices, and perseverance—investing their time, money, and energy—serve as the driving force behind my ambition. Their struggles and triumphs inspire me to be better, dream bigger, and work harder. My family and our story are the foundation of my creative studio, which serves communities across Los Angeles County.
I strive to live by two core principles: to love God and to love people. The first is the most defining aspect of who I am, shaping my values and guiding my path. The second influences both my educational journey in psychology and my passion for portrait photography. I love capturing raw, authentic moments of people and analyzing the emotions conveyed through my images.
